Returns Policy


Unbound has a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return an item please contact within 14 days of receiving the item for review of the qualifying terms. Due to most items being made to order i do not accept returns unless seriously faulty. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method if it is unused and in the original packaging including the box it came in. Postage is at your cost. I am not liable if it does not not reach us. 


A partial refund may be accepted in certain circumstances i.e. no original packaging. Unfortunately i can not accept a refund after 30 days. General wear and tear or poorly treated items do not qualify as faulty therefore will not be issued a refund. Refer to my Care guide

Returns are not accepted on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

Returns are not accepted if the ring size is chosen incorrectly, all the rings are made to size using a dedicated ring mandrel and double checked on the ring sizer that is available to buy on my store here. However please contact me as i may be able to resize by a small amount dependant on ring type  (except for stone rings)I will be happy to do so if possible, i just ask you to pay the postage. 


Unbound does not accept liability for lost or damaged items that are not due to our error such as lost , stolen or damaged in transit. This is due to jewellery not being insured on any post option except special delivery which is much more expensive for everyone.


Exchanges are not accepted at this time. 


The jewellery made at Unbound is made with great care, attention and a massive amount of passion  and love by myself in my little Malvern workshop. Due to the handmade nature, these items will bare marks of tools, the stones may have unperfect inclusions and as a whole will NOT have a perfect factory finish. It is with intent that my items are imperfectly perfect.
